Summerlin North Little League Board Elections

Elections for the 2009-2010 Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday 9/29 at 7pm at the Trails Community Center.  All those interested should email summerlinll@hotmail.com. 
 
The folks who volunteer their time to the Board of Directors are instrumental in making Little League accessible to the children in our community.  It's a very rewarding experience and it really doesn't take a lot of time. 

We are especially in need of people with some experience in the following:
- accounting/finance
- computer/data entry
- food service (snack bar)

Of course, anybody who shares the simple interest of providing our kids with the best Little League experience is encouraged to join the Board!

Also those interested in coaching in the Spring 2010 season would be encouraged to submit their names to the Board via e-mail at the following address summerlinll@hotmail.com.

Coaches Needed for Spring
Fall Ball schedules have been set and the teams are ready to start play after Labor Day Weekend.  There were many kids who we were unable to place on a team.  The great news is that the interest in Little League baseball is very strong.  The bad news is we were short on volunteer coaches.  If you have any interest or know of any qualified candidates for the upcoming season, please reply to this email. 

Spring registrations are right around the corner in the month of January.  We're expecting record numbers so register early!!!
