This beautiful desert setting will be home to many incredible amenities including an amphitheater, a 20-acre nature park and even an arroyo and trail system.
Just behind this residential area rests the scenic Sheep Mountain range providing virtually everything for the out-of-door type in addition to as residents that just want to just take it easy and absorb the view. Also, 428 recreational acres have been maintained within the actual community itself. Three parks, hiking/jogging trails, tennis and basketball courts are entirely in the works.
Aliante is home to the distinguished Aliante Golf Club. This recently opened up course features more than 7,000 yards of greens. Additionally, an extraordinary factor to this course is, due to the arroyo (a deep ditch cut by running water), the golfer feels somewhat elevated on the back 14 holes.
Additionally, the course hosts numerous stunning water features in addition to as trees not commonly observed on a desert course including pear and purple locust trees. Encompassing the golf course is the exclusive gated community, The Club at Aliante. This newly selective setting features 325 new single and two story homes beginning at $120,000. In addition, a fitness and tennis court are in the works and should be up shortly.
Aliante Station Casino is a new casino in the area. Two elementary school sites and a middle school site have been proposed, although sites have been set aside for a fire station, library and community center. Aliante is a great commuter neighborhood with easy access to all points in the Las Vegas Valley.
